The Center of Excellence for Information Assurance (www.coeia.edu.sa) has launched a series of anecdotal information education and awareness for young people under the title "Diary of Ra'ad the genius" to address various topics related to

the security of information and scientific methodology under the supervision of Dr. Khalid Alghathbar, Founder & Director of the Center.
The idea of the story is different from the rest of science fiction, focusing on the education of young science and realistic of the utmost importance, namely, "information security", which is one of the most important issues for all computer users, especially with the recent incidents to penetrate the privacy and personal freedoms, but the physical and moral blackmail robberies of bank accounts and personal threats to the publication of pictures of a scandalous way and other threats, which shows that knowledge of the individual and the society of the importance of data protection.

Series of short stories addresses a broad cross-section of young people in the age group 12 to 23 years who may have difficulty learning to engage in costly or difficult for the pupils and their understanding of the complexities of the field of information security. The story consists of a series of positions, conflicts and wars as well as technical terms is addressed all the issues of security of information through the codification of the hero of his story and dialogues that take place between him and the other personalities at both the family or the professional level both locally and internationally. Figures vary the area of knowledge of information security service of the general context of work and required the development of events and the rules of dramatic construction.

Approximately 50 is a product of joint work between the Architect.Hossam Yousef, head of research and development for the Department of Information Technology Corporation International Islamic Relief Organization in Jeddah & Dr. Khalid Alghthbar, where they are educating young people through their experiences of the academic process and contribute to the protection of that age group targeted.
